We offer several services for our Fort Nelson and surrounding area customers.
Homeowners/Renters
We collect household waste from about 5000 residents each week, and since this service is not included in residential taxes, Wide Sky Disposal has implemented a ‘Tag system’ for collecting household waste. You can purchase ‘Tags’ and apply them directly to your trash bags and this will alert our drivers that your garbage has been prepaid for pick-up. Garbage must be placed curb side no later than 8:00 a.m. on your specified pick-up day.
Trailer Park and Condo Dwellers
Those living in trailer parks and condo units have a limit of 3 bags per week as this cost is included in your pad rent and/or strata fees. Anything above this amount will require the purchase and application of garbage tags.
Rural Area Customers
For our ‘out of town’ customers we offer a 2 cubic yard residential bin that is serviced weekly in the summer months (to eliminate the possibility of attracting wildlife to any smells) and every second week in the winter months. These containers are offered at a reasonable monthly rate. Please contact our office for more details.
